Ray Wilson Company petitioned the superior court to confirm an arbitration award (Code Civ. Proc., § 1285 et seq.) made after arbitration of a dispute between plaintiff and Anaheim Memorial Hospital Association which rose out of a written contract between the parties for new construction and remodeling of defendant's hospital by plaintiff.
