The landowners allege the State Highway Commission has unlawfully taken their right of direct access to U.S. Highway No. 54. Upon the pleadings and admissions of the parties the trial court entered summary judgment for the State Highway Commission on the ground there was no compensable taking of the landowners' right of access. The landowners have duly perfected an appeal.
